This Italgi CP900 Automated Pasta cookers is designed to save labour and guarantee product quality, simply load the pasta the timer will then take over and will automatically lift the basket out at the end of the cooking time.

Supplied with 4 pasta baskets each fitted with individual timed automatic basket lifts
Each basket has a dimension of 137 x 190 x 205hmm
Basket sizes 140 x 190 x 200h – capacity, 400grams dry pasta per basket
Pasta boiler tank and heating elements are manufactured using marine grade 316 stainless steel – will not corrode due to salt in water
Automatic filling of the tank – but can be adjusted manually if required.
All 304 stainless steel construction – durable and easy to clean
On site warranty – 24 months parts 12 months labour
